Register. Add your name, email and phone. Your link and private portal are ready immediately. Save your portal link.
Share your link. Send it to people you know, put it in your bio or use the QR code in your portal. Families can also enter your referral code when they join the waitlist.
Follow your progress. Your portal shows recorded clicks, attributed referrals and reward progress. Waitlist signups count toward a reward only after Wellsy enrolls them as members.

A few things to know.
Do I need a following or a Wellsy membership?
No. Anyone can register and share their link. Care credit can only be used for care at an eligible East Valley address, subject to clinical capacity.
Is the reward cash?
No. Three enrolled families earn three months of care credit, up to six months total. Clicks and waitlist signups alone do not earn care credit. Track awarded care credit in your portal.
Can I also earn Creator Partner rewards?
No. Affiliate and Creator Partner rewards cannot be combined. If you already have a partner account, contact Wellsy before applying for a different program.
How should I describe my link?
Be clear that you may earn care credit when people you refer enroll. Share accurate information and never promise a result or availability that Wellsy has not confirmed.
