By using this website or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least eighteen years old to join the waitlist. A parent or guardian enrolls anyone under eighteen.

This site is not medical advice

Everything on this website is general information about a membership. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and reading it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. That relationship begins when you enroll and meet your care team. Never delay getting care because of something you read here.

Not for emergencies

Wellsy is not for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for anything urgent or life-threatening.

Membership is not insurance

Wellsy is a monthly membership for primary care, not an insurance plan and not a substitute for one. Unless your plan lists them, it does not cover specialists, hospitals, labs, imaging or prescriptions, which bill you separately. We do not bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves a place in line. It is not a purchase, it does not create a membership, and it does not guarantee that a spot will be available or that your address will be inside the service area. Spots are limited, and we confirm your address before you enroll. You can ask us to remove you from the list at any time by writing to hello@joinwellsy.com.

Prices and what is included

Plan prices, inclusions and anything billed separately are shown on the pricing page and in the membership agreement before you pay. Prices on this site may change before enrollment opens. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract until you sign a membership agreement.

Using the site

Use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at scale, interfere with it, submit false information, or use it to send anything unlawful. We may suspend access if you do.

Our content

The Wellsy name, logo, site design, text and images belong to Wellsy, LLC or are used with permission. You may read and share links to the site. You may not copy or republish it for commercial use without our written permission.

Partner SMS Offers

Wellsy partner SMS offers are optional recurring automated marketing texts about partner offers, promotions and program updates. The separate unchecked box on the partner registration form records your permission for these messages at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not required to register as an affiliate, apply as a Creator Partner or make a purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize marketing texts. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact hello@joinwellsy.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information and SMS opt-in will not be sold or shared for third-party marketing. See our Privacy Policy. These texts are not for medical information or emergencies; call 911 in an emergency.

Wellsy SMS Program Terms

Program name. Wellsy.

Program description. Wellsy sends text messages to people who have consented, covering waitlist and enrollment updates, referral notifications, service information, offers, and appointment confirmations and reminders. Messages may be automated. Wellsy does not send clinical information, test results, or protected health information by text message.

Message frequency. Message frequency may vary.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@joinwellsy.com.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care. You may opt out at any time without affecting your membership or your care.

Privacy. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Not for emergencies. Text messages are not monitored continuously and are never for medical emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Disclaimers

The website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Wellsy, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability relating to the care you receive as a member.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
