How a Wellsy membership works
Wellsy is a monthly membership for a family doctor who comes to your home in the East Valley of Arizona. You pay one price each month, from $149 for one person to $349 for a family of 4. Your doctor makes house calls, handles prescriptions and referrals, and sees you at the clinic when a visit needs equipment. It is not insurance, and it is not for emergencies.

How do you join Wellsy?

Join the waitlist.
Give your name, email, phone number, ZIP code and household size. It takes about a minute.
Share your link if you want to. After you join, you get a link of your own. When a family joins through it, you move up the list.
We check your address.
Openings are offered in waitlist order. When yours opens, we make sure your home is inside our area. You see what costs extra and how to cancel before you pay.
Your first visit happens at home.
Your doctor comes to you and gets to know your family.
Keep the same doctor.
After that, follow-ups, sick visits, refills and referrals go through the same doctor.
Family Memberships open January 1, offered in waitlist order.
What happens at a house call?
A house call is a doctor visit at your home. At Wellsy, it is the usual way you see your doctor.
Your doctor comes to your door at a time you set up ahead. The visit happens where your family already is, often at the kitchen table. There is no waiting room and no packing up the kids. Your doctor listens, checks what needs checking, and leaves you with a plan. Prescriptions and referrals get sent from there. If you need care that uses equipment we can't bring, your doctor books a clinic visit instead.
Your doctor can:
- Do checkups and sick visits
- Write prescriptions and manage refills
- Set up referrals to specialists
- Make a care plan for each person on your plan
Questions before you join?
Wellsy is not for emergencies. If someone has chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke, a bad injury or any other emergency, call 911. For a problem that needs a hospital, imaging or a specialist, your doctor helps you get there and sets up the referral.
